Last week we hosted leadership from VDH Office of EMS for a regional tour. Yesterday we welcomed an equally important VIP—a young junior member from a volunteer company who came to see our training center before meeting with the hospital team.

Both tours got the same attention and respect. One group shapes the systems that support our regional work. The other represents the future providers who will carry this mission forward.

We invest in both—because building strong EMS means honoring where we are and where we're going.
