Outstanding Contribution to EMS for Children
Outstanding Contribution to EMS by a Nurse
Outstanding EMS Telecommunications Officer/Dispatcher
Outstanding Contribution to EMS Emergency Preparedness and Response
Outstanding Contribution to EMS Health & Safety
Outstanding Contribution by a High School Senior (Scholarship)

The Regional Awards ceremony will be held in on June 16th at John F. Fick III Conference Center from 6:00pm-8:00 pm. Candidates who are nominated and win the local Regional Award will go on the state to compete for the Governors awards. Last year the REMS CISM team brought home the Governor’s EMS Award for Outstanding Contribution to Health and Safety.
